You wouldn't know it from listening to them, but Narration are from London. They sound American, are being marketed with the cutthroat efficiency of an American band (They don't have a permanent label as yet, but they're tailor made for a major to snap them up), and have the online popularity to springboard them to success on either side of the Atlantic. In fact, they've already recorded sessions for East Coast radio and, perhaps most importantly, their sound is sometimes similar to the arena pop-punk of Angels & Airwaves and Fall Out Boy, and we know how fanatic their fans can be.

As well as suggestions towards A&A and FOB, the atmospheric soft rock 'Not Alone' has massive mainstream potential (Think The Script, OneRepublic, Maroon 5). Like the B-side, 'Gentle', its over earnest and their attempts at introspective, poeticism clang, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear them all over Radio 1 next year.
