There's something I can't put my finger on about this. I think the problem is it's just too damn short, just when I'm really starting to get into it the whole thing ends. There are two versions of the same song, a long one and a short one, and it's really just not enough. The music itself is wonderful post rock in the vein of Sigur Ros and Arcade Fire, with more than just a hint of Morrisey and Martin Rossiter (lead singer of Gene, remember them?) in the vocals. It soars and swoops, it ebbs and flows and then, just as you're left gasping for more. it ends. Makes me want to hear more though, which has to be a good sign.
