It screams novelty record, and I hate novelty records. What put me off was the opening track "Being Happy Doesn’t Make You Stupid". It name checks indie and emo kids quite a few times; which is never good. Then you realise how many times the word indie crops up on this record.

Allegedly this lot were responsible for some song that was a huge internet hit or something years ago. Good on them, but that doesn’t change my opinion in the slightest. It's far too jovial and good natured to break my current mood.

This record does nothing for me. I have really tried. Had it for some time. Nothing. My insides are dead to it.
