The new offering from The Verve comes in the form of 'Rather Be'. The four minute, self produced track comes from their number one album, 'Forth'. The track is an epic indie sing-a-long, which would ring through even the biggest venues. Obviously fronted by the infamous Richard Ashcroft, the song is steeped in lush orchestration and gravely vocals.
It's always good to see a band who have been around for a while coming out on top form, and that's exactly what the Verve are doing, bringing epic soundscapes to our ears, and with brilliant results.
