The Riverclub have split up and left a rather bitter message about it on their MySpace page:
"The Riverclub is over.
After years of setbacks and numerous cunts, it’s finished.
Don’t comment, don’t message - we don’t care.
Don’t consume one moment of your precious time bitching about the demise of a band you didn’t like anyway.
There’s a million and one bands doing what we were doing, it’s just a shame for you that they aren’t as good as us.
Fuck your comments.
Fuck your top 8.
Fuck your photos.
Fuck your daily plays.
Fuck your shitty shows.
Fuck you all, and goodnight.
Nothing matters less than us, this or you, right here, right now."
