Rogue Wave's 'Asleep At Heaven's Gate' is a lovely album and starts great with the song 'Harmonium', which builds throughout. 'Like I Needed' is the stand out song of the album and is reminiscent of The Byrds 'Turn, Turn, Turn' with a bit more of a pop element. The bridge/solo bit is the most interesting part and a shame they didn't build on it more.

The only shame is that the songs to start to sound the same and so had me losing interest towards the end. There also does seem to be some songs which have better production values than others such as the single 'Like I Needed', but overall the is a really pleasant album to listen to.
