Surrey born Newton Faulkner has quickly become a household name, with his 2007 release "Hand Built By Robots". "Gone In The Morning" is the fifth song to be released as a single from the album.
"Gone In The Morning" features a driving beat that is clearly ready for radio. Although the track does no favours in crediting Faulkner's unique guitar playing abilities, it does show off his ability to write songs, with a light hearted relief from other singer songwriters who can tend to drag you down.
Newton Faulkner's newest addition is a welcomed return of a familiar sound, which is sure to stick in the heads of listeners.
