After reinventing their sound from electronica tinged emo to whimsical 60s guitar pop, Panic At The Disco have never sounded happier. Jangly guitars, jaunty drumbeats and upbeat vocal harmonies are in full force on 'That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed)', topped off with an anthemic chorus; it's a definite hit and will surely go down a treat when the boys perform at Glastonbury later this month.
