25 years old and still going strong, this new track from the Pet Shop Boys shows us why they have been at the top of their game for so long and why they deserved their Outstanding Contribution to Music award at this years BRIT awards.
PSB have always been at the front of the pop scene, with their simple but effective dance melodies and meaningful lyrics. Love etc, their new single from their 'Yes' album carries on their legacy and proves to the listener why they are still relevant in today's charts.
Neil Tennant's vocals really push home that love is the way to go, and made me feel that if you don't have love, what's the point?
With Neil and Chris recently releasing tour dates for later on in the year which of course, sold out (saying that, an unknown indie band can sell out a tour in 5 minutes nowadays). The British public have shown that they still love the Pet Shop Boys and this single is the best way for the guys to say thank you.
This is a beautiful return for the Pet Shop Boys after a deserved 3 year break from our hearts.
