Rinoa - Rinoa

If you look at the history of UK bands, there are those that everyone knows, and then those that only a few people cottoned onto at the time. Rinoa are not one of them, but the fact is that they feature members of 2 of the most over looked bands of recent times. Rinoa takes a very grown up, mature path towards music. Drawing on the influence of past lives Crydebris and Chariots, and building on that enthusiasm with layers of minor key melody and great waves of guitar melody. Inter spacing these with ambient sections adds a level of drama to the EP’s over all feel. Stand out track by a mile is the finale "Atlantis". Possessing enough power and scope in its five minute running time than most bands can muster in a whole album. It's an impressive feat and bodes well for future releases. If you enjoy the sounds of Envy (Big influence), Deftones and Will Haven then you will be right at home here. Listen: www.myspace.com/rinoauk
