Metallica are set to release a live DVD entitled "Francais Pour Une Nuit" (translation: French For One Night) on the 23rd of November. It was filmed at the Roman Coliseum in Nimes, France in July of 2009.
The DVD will be available in retail stores in France only. However, due to a strong demand from Metallica fans around the world "Francais Pour Une Nuit" will be made available on a direct-to-consumer basis through Universal Music (www.metallicanimes.com), as well as the band’s own website (www.metallica.com).
The DVD will be available in the following formats:
* Deluxe Limited Edition Box with a DVD/"Death Magnetic" CD/T-Shirt/Laminated pass and lanyard/5 Exclusive Photos
* Standard DVD in digipack/1 DVD including 2 hours of the show, 37 minute interview of the band, 5 videos from the audience/16 page booklet
* Blu-Ray DVD/1 DVD including 2 hours of the show, 37 minute interview of the band, 5 videos from the audience/16 page booklet
