Continuing their trawl through late '80s / early '90s Indie, Prego arrive, with this release, at the Wedding Present and the Cure. Not a bad place to dock at, what with handling the quiet/quiet/LOUD template so well, together with a Caledonian take on the Gedge school of vocalising. Nowhere near as offensive as it might be, but not as brilliant, either. The space is still to be watched.
