The opening track is the best on offer, here, with it's 'Franz Ferdinand really letting themselves go' charm. The rest is a Caledonian Dylan overdose, with a singer who entertains by making the listener play the 'what note is he trying to get now?' game. The whole is just about saved by the band's punch and drive. But only just.
