Despite the rather unfortunate title this is actually reasonably good. The A side (All 4 Hip Hop) takes a bundle of soul samples and rolls out as a funky, laid back G-Funk kinda thing, whereas the JEHST remix gives it a darker, more menacing sound which I personally prefer - I think it compliments Micall's gravelly deep voice better. B-Side here has a pummelling dancefloor rumbling beat, whilst the CHEMO adds syncopated almost tribal drums intertwining with the pounding main beat.
