Despite all the celeb weight behind it, this is a bit dull. It's been released to get a rub off the hoo-ha surrounding la Gainsbourg's recent perceived naughtiness in the film Antichrist and may well succeed. It's not remotely naughty itself, mind. Just a bit breathy and inconsequential, what you'd expect from the daughter of the couple who recorded Je t’aime... moi non plus. The remixers make a good fist of things, though, with the Jackson Escalator one thudding out on top, punching above its techno weight before warping up a jazz club.
