Things are setting up for Buffalo's Cute Is What We Aim For to make a break for the big time, in the US at least. Their 2006 debut album 'The Same Old Blood Rush With A New Touch' was Fuelled By Ramen's fastest seller, beating 'A Fever You Can't Sweat Out' by 4,000 copies.

They're doing all the right things a pop-punk band should be doing: the Warped Tour, supporting Fall Out Boy, becoming pals with The Academy Is. . Now they've got Goldfinger frontman and producer John Feldmann (Lostprophets, Good Charlotte, The Used) to produce their second album and The Used's Bert McCracken guests on this single. It helps of course that singer Shaant Hackiyan's voice isn't an annoying nasal whine like most pop-punk bands and that 'Practice Makes Perfect' is catchier than the common cold and a lot more radio friendly.
