Guess what? I can rock your arse off.
Well at least that's the threat in the second verse of second single from Manchester based Indie outfit Reemer. This slice of upbeat pop-rock has some quality lyrics actually, a few comedic gems hidden alongside some words that indicate the band's hunger for the big time. Unfortunately, the funnier lines mask the quality and integrity of a band clearly capable of doing really well. Underneath all of that, this is a damn fine radio friendly tune. Track 2 "Words" is a complete change of direction, showcasing the band's ability to write an accomplished ballad - and the string section is a nice touch.
Jo Wiley would love this. And they have nice hair.
