Hey Negrita are a six-piece country band hailing from London. Formed in 2002, the band plays catchy country/blues/americana. Room Service is an upbeat, catchy tune, with a good country twang. The track features an impressive harmonica solo, among other things! Felix Bechtolsheimer has a real Dylanesque quality to his voice, a man that may smoke 30 a day and drink a bottle of whisky a night. The Last Thing That I Do is a folky country track with a classic instrumentation. The song fires visions of sitting on a porch, late at night, in some back yard in Nashville!
Hey Negrita have produced some wonderful tracks, which (thanks to the live bonus track) work just as well live as they do in the studio!
