Consolation Prize Fighter is a punk rock band that hail all the way in Plymouth signed to UPR Records (their own label). 'Share Music' officially arrives in stores on November 3rd However, Consolation Prize Winner combines a mix of genres that keeps the music fresh and interesting whilst almost giving an atmosphere to most of their songs.

'Share Music' as an album has a total time of just under forty minutes, the songs are all very well constructed without ever dragging on for to long. Within this time, there is even room for an instrumental from the albums title track 'Share Music'. Stronger songs on the album include 'The Mammoth' and 'All Embracing (Are We?). You can tell much effort has gone into this album, which is a testament to the work ethic of this band, and the album does them much justice.

Consolation Prize Fighter are a band you probably have not heard of yet, but you really should. 'Share Music' is consistent and something different from what I had expected from a typical 'punk' rock band. The album will not be released for another month yet but if you're looking for something slightly different make a note in your diary for November 3rd.
