Destruction Of A Rose have signed with Standby Records.
When asked about signing with Standby Records, guitarist Gordon Lamont commented: "We had several offers on the table, but felt like Standby was the right label for us. Looking at their roster of artists and how they treat and push their bands, it was the best choice all around. The staff at Standby is legit, and didn't give us the feeling of being your average label guys; they really care about their bands."
Their debut EP is due out early summer 2009 which is being recorded at Lambesis Studios with Tim Lambesis and Daniel Castleman (Impending Doom, Underneath the Gun, As I Lay Dying).
