Skate punk from the UK, no messing about, no fad sounds, just 5 lads who love their music.
The first track No Guts No Glory has a blindin’ guitar solo which continues throughout the EP, after all, their influences are the likes of AC/DC and Thin Lizzy!
So it’s no suprize when ’Who’s Side Are You On Anyway?’ is heavier vocally, as in more or less screamed / shouty lyrics over metal geetars.
Another mention they put as an influence, is Hot Water Music, which is quite probably a good starting point for a description of this record. Although, not a hardcore record, it’s got enough metal and punk mix to appeal to the two audiences.
The record doesn’t have a particular catchy vocal (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) and the guitars, although awesome at times, do feel a bit like they’re being played to over kill, but over all the record is a sound offering from the self proclaimed D.I.Y. band.
