Self Against City have put up a blog about their current status:

"we love you all....thanks again for all the support and the positive feedback we have received in the past couple months. We worked so hard on these songs and didn’t quite get the chance for a proper recording but we did the demos the hard way and decided to release a few that we "finished" so it was well worth it.

thanks so much to Jay Trammel of Fat Cat studios(we will pay you back), Beardy from Beardia (we owe you big time) and The House of Hits for always being there.

Self Against City will be taking a break from touring and performing together but all of us are still playing together and we all have new material recorded and ready for release there is a bidding war that has gotten semi- brutal over the past couple weeks so we are trying to play it cool and be smart about our futures as individuals and as a group.

we hope no one is upset over this.......it’s only a chapter in the middle of a great book.
